On Monday 12th April at lunchtime, I was delighted to join Mike Wray, who leads Chelmsford city centre’s Business Improvement District to talk to many of those working in our shops & stores.
There was a great buzz in and around the High Street. Shoppers and shop keepers clearly delighted and also being very careful.
