Vicky Ford has been campaigning for new premises for Chelmsford Sea Cadets. Today Vicky raised this with the Secretary of State for Defence who has agreed to meet with her to discuss how to improve funding for the Sea Cadets, who are funded differently to the Army and Air Cadets.
