I recently popped in to see the new CREATE Business Hub on Parkway. It’s always good to see new investment coming into Chelmsford.
I was impressed by how bright and spacious. these new offices are - with lots of extra spaces for meetings and private areas too.
Working for a small company can be lonely, so it was good to see that the shared spaces also incorporate some downtime space for after work - like the meeting room table that converts into a pool table.
I chatted with the boss, Mark Reeve, who has already opened three other similar buildings in Essex about how important it is to have office space where people feel valued and welcome.
