In November, our local police made highly significant arrests regarding a major active drug-line that has been operating within the Chelmsford area.
This follows close work between our Community Policing Team, Operation Raptor and the Metropolitan Police.
Three search warrants were completed at premises across the city of Chelmsford and two males were arrested for being Concerned in the supply of Class A drugs, namely Cocaine between 24/10/2022 – 14/11/2023.
I am told that the line were well established and would have been having a significant impact on the community in Chelmsford, not to mention the significant financial gain this group was clearly making.
