In Chelmsford we need more affordable housing. When new developments are made a proportion of the homes must be affordable, but the same does not apply when commercial buildings (like office blocks) are converted into homes. I raised this in the House of Commons on 25th November.
UPDATE on Cladding issues. There was welcome news from the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities regarding cladding earlier this month.
